Refund Policy

Go Trade applies a clear refund policy:

[REFUND GUARANTEED] If the client fails the prop firm challenge, Go Trade fully refunds the

challenge fee.

[NO REFUND] If the challenge is successfully passed, no refund will be granted under any

circumstance.

Refund requests must be sent by email to contact@go-trade-fx.com along with proof of the

challenge result. Processing may take up to 7 business days.
